The shadow is the original photographers tool after the camera, the two work hand in hand, one providing the image for the other to capture, reciprocated by the other having the ability to accentuate that which is provided. A symbiosis so often neglected yet so readily available for the photographer to use and manipulate in the construction of images which is the photographic art.
